Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders that total NZ $200 or more. For orders less than NZ $200 a shipping cost of NZ $20 will be charged.

Your order will be dispatched within 3 business days. We deliver anywhere within New Zealand. Our couriers make every effort to deliver within 7-8 business days from shipping. Please note that delays may occur due to Public Holidays.

If you are not home when the product/s are delivered, the courier will leave a card at the address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product, and of the local collection point.

Airtanks.co.nz is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We will endeavour to make sure that the products listed on our website correctly show stock availability and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will part-ship the available item(s) and ship the back-order item(s) with no additional freight charge.
